The Expo Hall is available for rentals year round. Weddings, Fundraisers, Family Reunions, Birthday Parties, and Anniversary Parties. Celebrate your next event at the Madison County Fairgrounds!
Expo hall rentals
Additionally, we offer the rental of the various buildings on the premises and fairgrounds for a variety of events, including 4-H meetings, wrestling club practices, livestock shows, fundraising activities, family reunions, and picnics.

Meet with us
The Madison County Fair Board holds their Executive Board meetings on the third Wednesday each month, starting at 7:00 pm and at 8:00 pm on Superintendent Night meetings. Superintendent meetings are held in January, June, and August on the third Wednesday of the respective month starting at 7:00 pm
Call for rental rates
Please call for rental rates for the Expo building or the barns for shows and other events. For rental information please call the Madison County Fair Association office at (618) 654-6656. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.
